Join the PTA
Please come out to our next general meeting on May 29th at 5:15 pm to meet our PTO Board, hear about all the happenings, connect with other Buckingham Elementary families, and learn how you can get involved. We will have 8 meetings for the 2025/26 school year and they are all held at Buckingham Elementary School.
Refreshments and a kids' play area will be provided. We have many fun and exciting events happening around our school and we need YOUR help to make it all happen.

Bottle Drop: We have made $500 from bottle drop since September! Let's raise another $500, grab blue bags from Eva in the office. Share them with friends and family, take them to work and put them in the brake room! Such an easy way to make money for Buckingham!

You do NOT need to be a paying member of the PTA to come to meetings. The PTA’s main purpose is to support our wonderful teachers and administration, which in turn creates a positive and caring atmosphere in our school that all of our children benefit from.
Joining the Buckingham PTA also helps you get to know the teachers and staff better, enables social connections among other Buckingham families, and is fun and rewarding.
PTA Committees
Community Events
The Community Events committee takes the lead in planning events such as the Fall Family Fun Night, the Winter Clothing Drive, Bingo Night, and Spring Fling. Tasks may include event planning, vender coordination, activities, and food.
Staff Appreciation
Staff Appreciation week is May 5th-9th. The Staff Appreciation Committee will coordinate showing appreciation for the dedicated staff at Buckingham.
Fundraising
The fundraising committee coordinates fundraising activities for our PTA including community rewards, corporate sponsorship, and Spirit wear. They will also provide support for our biggest fundraisers of the year.
Communications
The Communications Committee oversees the Buckingham PTA social media, creates flyers, and maintains the website.
